The Eternal battle between good and evil (jan-jan-jan-jaaaaaaan).. or is it the eternal battle between God and Man? Or we can call it as the battle between who has the right to save mankind in all his troubles.. Prang Dan Brown ah.. *Angels and Demons* hahaha.. Seriously.. we can call it whatever we want.. but which do youchoose? Some will choose the side of Science, some.. religion. Others? naaah.. they choose themselves.. makes you think though.. Why do we choose??

In my own opinion religion is science and science is religion...how did I arrived at this hypothesis..simply because religion has been the science of man years before history became known. As man became self-aware of his surroundings ofcourse he will encounter natural phenomenas (which are pretty elementary relatively to us "modern" homo sapiens) like earthquakes, tidal waves, rain, overflowing of rivers perhaps, that will make him think. Think of ways on how to explain this things in order to understand his surroundings (which is a natural extinct that is why we are still living in this planet). Henceforth mind created god/s, spirits, deities, guardians, etc etc. And this pagan gods (as called by the catholic church in the Roman Era) has been "THE" explanation for all of this. For example Poseidon rises up from the seas, that is why there is a tidal wave. Anubis has lost his genital and was thrown in the river nile, that is why every time the river overflows (which is a result of seasonal floodings), the land surrounding it becomes fertile. The Mayan gods did not receive anough blood to satisfy its thirst that is why they (mayan tribe) lost the war. So on and so forth..

Reading the texts above, it will only boil down to one thing.. religion was not manufactured by mankind just for fun of it...an evidence supporting that is in all the religions existing in this planet, they only have one thing in common...that is anthropomorphism (attribution of human motivation, characteristics, or behavior to inanimate objects, animals, or natural phenomena). If you would stop and observe, you would see this in the face of deities, you would read this in books (1 particular is Zeus getting Jealous which is unthinkable for a god since a god is not human, hence gods does not posses any emotions resembling human) and others. Bakit nangyari un?? Hehe.. tao gumawa eh... logic... Kung iisipin ntin ng mabuti...  it was manufactured to explain the things that is still unknown.. and things unknown to man makes them,us afraid of it.. maybe that's it then.. it all boils down to fear? we fear the things that we do not understand, we made religion (when I say Religion this encompasses all race and beliefs that was not applied scientific method) /superstitions <--ewan ko kung tama spelling-- to fill the gap. This quite evident up to this times. Halimbawa na lang ang mga pamahiin natin..to be more specific... "Bawal Magtuturo kung saan-saan tuwing gabi, baka ka manuno" or "Kaya lumiit ang isang binti ng anak ni Ka Temyong dahil sa nanuno (which is obviously polio)." In religion terms, "Minalas si Mang Kanor kase hindi nag-alay ng Indolehensiya sa ating kapilya sigurado ko na masusunog ang kaluluwa nya sa impyerno." hehe... quite funny yes..but if we look around and observe more..im sure you will notice. Then again hindi rin nman ntin masyado masisisi kung bkit ginawa ng tao eto ginawa. Siguro isang factor na jan ung... "kulang-na-kulang" pa ang ating knowledge noon, relatively ngayon 2007. In othe words.. stupiditty. But it is quite obvious that te mind truly is a remarkable product of NAture and evolution. Simply because it does not stop from there. It continues to evolve until it brake free from the early science, hence the modern science was born (the science that we know of today). Kaya ang dami-dami na nating alam ngayon.. The history of the universe, the formation of earth and its solar system, the destruction of Soddom and Gommora, the Sack of Troy (from Greek mythology as written by Homer), the list goes on and on.. thinking logically, one would assume that religion is now dispensable, with all its unproven superimposition as opposed to science that presents facts complete with rational explanation and mathematical theorems (if proven called laws). But when we begin to think about it more deeply, religion is as indespensible as science itself.

Simply because nothing is absolute in the universe (except for the end of life which is obvious all around us, stars will die, planets will die, even the seemingly invincible black holes loose one atom at a time till it disappears into nothingness).. Hence, neither science nor religion "can-and-will" explain all the things in it. Hence, there will be things that will stay unknown.. things that will haunt the human mind, will make it afraid of those "unknown" things, will strive to seek security, henceforth....either religion or science will be its bastion against fear....

Kudos for me, this is my first blog. Usually I don't do this thing because I do not like it when people know what I am thinking. but since no one will bother to read this, I am finally convinced to think otherwise.

Irony..describe Irony.. besides Fe + Y = Irony na nasa isip ng ibang pilosopo..eh hindi sya ganoon kasimple. I dunno.. naalala ko ung movie na napanood ko (i think the movie is called "Con-Air"? just correct me if mali), Steve Buschemy plays a convict that was sentenced to reclusion perpetua or most probably Capital Punishment because he comitted a "killing spree" across a number of states. The sick part is, he likes to literally wear the scalp of his victims as a wig whilst driving from town to town. Not to mention he targets children. Balik na sa topic.. while the plane is about to crash-land, the radio or the convicts inside is playing/singing a song of a rock band that was annhialated because of a plane crash..Fe + Y no?? Hahahaha..well i dunno.. for me it is.

But I guess the more Irony na naiisip ko ngayon..eh.. ung buhay natin. Ewan ko lang kung npapansin ng karamihan (or maybe they are just to busy lookin themselves in the mirror if their hairs looks good) na napaka ironic ng buhay ntin. I mean..kung kelan mo kailangan ng Dapitan UST na dyip (sa may buendia) dahil malalate ka na, walang dumadating. Kung kelan nman cubao or espana kelangan mo.. puro nman Dapitan UST. Di nman kaya.. lagi kang nalalate sa class mo, sakto lagi maaga prof mo.. then pagpasok mo ng maaga.. sya nman ung absent. Or.... ung taong pinagdadasal mo na ayaw na AYAW mo makagrupo eh.. un pa ung sakto na na-assign syo!! hahahaha! Saya! Ayos nga eh.. nate-test kung gaano ka tlga ka pasensyoso.

So.. move on tyo sa mejo malalim.. Minsan pag naglalakd ako sa isang kalye, may makakasalubong ako na isang lalakeng napakaputi, makinis (meaning walang pimple), ganda ng damit, ganda ng buhok (i dunno if its wax or gel wa Pakels!), tirik-tirik.. kung san san nakaturo, mabango (sobrang bango to be exact), at higit sa lahat mala-artista ang pagka-ok ng itsura.. wooow... buti pa sya..un lang.. pag napatingin ka sa tabi nya.. may makikita ka rin na ok din ang mukha na lalake.. nkasabit ang kamay dun sa braso nung isang lalake..un lang..hehe.. *no offense sa mga "tinamaan" jan* Napansin ko lang na bakit kaya walang perpektong tao? Its either sobrang athletic na "bako-bako" (meaning ma-muscle) ang ktawan pero maypgka "sports-minded" NALANG tlga =p. Meron nmang nsa kanya na ang lahat na hinahnap ng mga ordinaryong tao (pera obviously) pero ngpapaka-lango sa alak, droga at kung anu-ano pa. Ultimately wasting the very thing that most of us craves.. There are supermodels out there who already has the "perfect-look" (according to almost all the women out there) yet still strives to be thin.. Government officials who would like to spend a big chunk of government fund just so they can extend their term, (eto malupet) while our fellow filipinos die by the thousands (bicol and other areas hit by typhoons). The Catholic church "strongly" disapproves "pre-marital sex" yet nagkakasal ng mga pregnant na ung babae or may anak na..(in fact ring bearer pa or flower girl ung mga anak nila). Many many more..... kung iisipin lang ntin.. khit san makakakita tyo ng isang ironic na bgay palipat sa isa pa. Pero eto tanong.... nkikita ba ntin? O we simply choose to ignore the FACTS? To live life as it is.. to be contented with what is happening around us..to find ourselves swimming in irony.. or are we swimming in "lies"? If mapansin man ntin.. isa pang tanong.. may ginagawa ba tyo?

I for one.. aaminin ko, there are times na I just simply ignore things like this, since I am already exhausted.. Knowing na you have plans for the future, you planned in the past, yet you live in a completely different world in the present. I remember a quote in one of my favorite movie, its called "The Last Samurai". There was a scene wherein Captain Algren (while his being held captive) asked Ken Watanabe (forgot the name) what he thinks about man's destiny. He said, I believe that a Man's Destiny will only be revealed to him, after he has done everything just to change his fate. (its not the Exact words..hehe mejo nalimutan ko na)

Un ang lagi ko naiisip pag "naprapraning" nanaman ako! WAHAHAHAAHAH! =p Seriously, pag minsan talaga nkaka Urat mabuhay, Maiisip mo lagi "life is unfair", "bakit Ganon", "Bakit sya..", that sometimes maiisip mo na, bhala na... pero.. ndi ba ntin naiisip na the moment na isipin mo na may "fate" nman tyo eh.. "we are fated for someone" and all that destiny thing.. is the moment that you give up to Fight back? We become stagnant.. contented on what we are having... im sure susunod na jan ung "Pwede na yan" or "Sapat na yan".. which is...sad.. Para saken.. Hindi ko tatawagin na "Life is Unfair", ang itatawag ko? "Life is Ironic".. and kahit ano ang ibato sakin ng "fate", "karma" , "chi" or whatever it is.. lalaban ako... I do not care if I loose or not.. as long as sa huli, I have the peace of mind na lumaban ako.. even though alam ko na matatalo rin ako in the long run.. (ironic noh?) =p

Whew!! Nkakapagod pla mag blog-blog.. sensya na nga pla kung magulo.. it just mirrors how my mind ticks... hehe magulo!!
